You were able to transfer from tapes that were made in the UK and therefore using a different format. I have had them since I moved here in 1999 because I couldn't find anyone with the expertise to transfer them, until now! The process didn't take long and I received communication for each step of the way. I have 20 DVD's that were transferred from VHS tape which are now with you to digitalize.
