Just awful! I made my purchase. The tracking site they use has no information on my purchase. I've emailed several times with no response, just an automated computer-generated message. Awful place to do business with. They got my money, I can't get a response let alone the product I payed for! Got a reply it was delivered to a safe place. It was NOT delivered to me. Never, after many emails did their so called human reply to my emails. And no delivery! This is just awful! Where is this so called"safe" place?? It's certainly not at the address it was supposed to be delivered to. And get free to reach out to you? Who? I can't even track with your company or your logistics company. What scam!! I did get a full refund, thank you Vanessa. But nothing for a Christmas gift. The so called safe spot it was delivered to was in Australia. I live in the UsA.
