I ordered 2 coats back in November which were shown as in stock on the website. I kept receiving notifications to say my item was waiting to be restocked and had been delayed. 3 weeks later I still hadn't received my coats. I emailed Hekka asking for the order to be cancelled and refunded. I had to chase for a refund once they confirmed my order had been cancelled. I opened a PayPal claim and Hekka asked me to close the claim for them to issue a refund, even though my original payment method was via PayPal. Luckily I'm not stupid and pursued my refund via PayPal disputes. AVOID
