Awful customer service
Awful customer service, been contacting them nearly 2 weeks now trying to fix a leg issue with Emo? Provided my ID and city of EMO multiple times and they just repeat themselves and ask for the exact same information. Not great customer service at all as I work doing the same job at a water industry, this is awful. Just had a newborn baby too and they expect me to keep repeating the same details. It sounds like there holding off until warranty expires as you only get a year from purchase date.
