I placed an order 2 weeks ago and still have no tracking information. When I email them (which I have done several times) the responses are the exact same response with a different date. I am beginning to think I was scammed. I wish I had researched the company. If I knew it was located in China I would not have ordered from them. I don’t think I will be seeing my merchandise. I definitely won’t have it for Christmas. I should have known better. I hope I help someone else though.
