Terrible
Terrible, horrible customer service. They basically scammed me into opening up a new account baiting me with the $350.00 bonus. When it came time to pay after I completed all the qualifications they said I was not eligible and could not give a valid reason. 1 hour spent on the phone arguing with an overseas rep that could barely speak english and could not provide a valid reason. Just horrible. Taking my money out and going with another bank. Plus, no real paper checks, their version of Zelle has extreme limits, and you cant transfer money to another person through bank account unless they are you. Their website is very, very bare and you cannot even chat with anyone online. Just horrible all around. Run far away.
