Appalling cancellation service
Order placed Nov 10th, one item not available so cancelled. Told to wait 15 business days for refund...10 days later email to say item shipped! I no longer need the item as party it was for has been and gone! Hekka say I have to wait for order and send back! So basically looking at end of Jan before I can get a refund. Disgraceful service. Do not order things based on the delivery eta on screen! Always ask them on chat if items are available first, if you need an item for something special.
