Best Customer Support team ever
Recently sent in several rolls of APS film for digitization. Most rolls had been developed, but not all. FOREVER customer support reached out by text to let me know that a few of the rolls I sent had never been developed and thus could not be digitized. They were so kind and suggested that when looking for a developer, to also see if the developer could produce the digital file as well vs having to do that separately.
