I’m very disappointed with this wig
I’m very disappointed with this wig. There are several issues with both the product I received and the way it was advertised. First, the wig is not a full braided wig as advertised. As you can see from my pictures, only the front portion of the wig is braided, while the back consists of tracks. Additionally, the braids in the front are not 18 inches as I ordered. Unfortunately, I’m leaving tomorrow for a trip and did not have enough time to purchase another wig, so I went ahead and installed it despite these issues. The second issue is the price. The website clearly advertises the 18-inch wig for $159. However, as shown in my screenshot, the price in my cart was $172. When I contacted the company, I was told that the $159 price only applies to the black wig. The problem is that the website does not clearly state this restriction anywhere in the advertisement. If different colors have different prices, that information should be clearly disclosed before customers add the item to their cart. The only positive thing I can say is that the company does respond to messages. Unfortunately, responding is not the same as resolving the customer’s concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this wig, and I will not be purchasing from this company again. I expected the product I received to match what was advertised, both in terms of the construction and the pricing.
