I have ordered two or three times and actually like one of their products; however, will never order from them again. (1) Their website is poorly done and as a result, this time I ordered something that was less than one dollar of the item(s) i wanted (with the one item correct) and mistakenly ordered that one. (2) Their customer service, or wanting to help their customers is poor. (3) Takes forever to receive in the mail. (4) Past orders included wrong items as well as wrong free items. I DO NOT recommend doing with them. They claim they don't ship from India but i have my doubts. Maybe there is a chance that someday they will hire consultants to help them to become more professional.
