Alibaba Trade Assurance: A Costly Mistake with No Buyer Protection"
I deeply regret not researching Alibaba Assurance before making a purchase worth approximately £1300. It seems that sellers on Alibaba.com are fully aware that they can simply send you their rubbish, knowing that you won't be able to recover your money. The product I received was completely non-functional, and I promptly provided several videos and pictures on the day of delivery to demonstrate the issue. Unfortunately, Alibaba ruled in favor of the seller (who, unsurprisingly, was Chinese). I strongly advise you to protect your hard-earned money and avoid placing trust in Alibaba.com.
