This platform is a fraudulent platform.They continue to remove trading pairs youvare invested in when volatility takes place.Your monetary balance remains and it shies you still hold thr crypto but you cannot ,buy,sell,trade etc.When questioned they say its due to maintenance, They tell you to be patient and yiyr money is secure and then when the volatility is over,it's added back.They are costing me THOUSANDS daily in trades I could be making!!They keep doing this specifically with XRPH.This time its going on over a month and still have not returned it for trade. They also give ZERO notice of this action before they do it.You just go to trade,buy ir sell one day and its gone..I left this comment on the Coinstore YouTube video as well.If any lawyers are interested,please contact me there.Im sick of scumbags like this being in crypto!!!

They are scumbags that continue to remove certain trading pairs during price volatility so you cannot trade, and then put them back on platform after volatility lightens.Ive called them out many times and the response is, we are doing maintenance and some trading pairs aren't available..I CALL BS!!Yet,if you own the trading pair removed it cancels all buy or sell orders (WITHOUT) your permission. It will still show you the value in dollars with the crypto name attached to it in your assets but it's not on the platform to trade!!I really wish the SEC or someone would look into this corrupt and crooked platform.As far as I'm concerned THAT IS MANIPULATION,SUPRESSION and illegal.All you can do is look at your money,you cannot sell, buy cash out,nothing!!!Needs to be a class action suit brought against them for this!!!When you call them out, they send a message saying your money is safe no need to worry but we can't say when maintenance will be done and the trading pair restored to the platform.This time its going on 2 weeks and XRPH is STILL (NOT) back on the platform.They are costing me thousands in trades,daily. If ANY crypto attorney is interested or anyone willing to pursue legalities, hit me up..This is not the first time,but I did save emails this time from them and pictures of my balance etc in case the really want to play games. Do NOT use this platform,they are as crooked as Robbinhood!!!
