3$ refund instead of 100$
this year in august i ordered shoes worth 50$. After one watch I got a payment of 50$ which I had to pay for shipping so far so good. After 2 months the package did not arrive so I started to contact the management. They looked at it with the Chinese post office 4 months later I received a message that my package was probably lost. Then they wrote that they will return the refund to my sugargoo account. looked it up and i got 3$ then i wrote them wisso i got 3$ when i paid 100$. I received a reply to this question saying that they can only send the 3$ as they don't seem to have anything to do with this money and they will refund the shipping cost which is 50$ but I only got 3$ the reason is not clear to me why I didn't get at least the 50$ back. With this review I ask everyone for their own protection not to order from sugargoo I order very often packages even from far away and always got all my money back when a package was lost! DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE AND AVOID SUGARGOO!
