Never trust Hekka
Mi paquete llegó a Madrid hace 2 semanas y nadie me dice qué pasa con él. 4 veces he hablado con el servicio al cliente y siempre me dicen lo mismo, que espere. Y es que encima he pagado 600 euros por ello. Lo próximo que voy a hacer es avisar a la policía porque esto es claramente un fraude. Jamás confiéis en esta compañía. My package arrived my home town 2 weeks ago and nobody can tell me what's going on. 4 times I contacted the customer's service and they always gave me the same solution... wait. And I spent 600 euros in it. Next step is calling the police for committing fraud. Do yourself a favour and never trust this company.
