Read and be warned
I, unfortunately, was curious and signed up to see the platform. I did my research and decided not this was not for me. Despite speaking to them as letting them know, I receive seemingly endless calls throughout the day. For example, yesterday I was called 14 times. The day before, 8 times, day before that, 6 times, the day before that, 7 times. I have verbally spoken to two reps - both whom do not listen to a word Inhave to day and try to push their product. I have been contacted on WhatsApp and sent a polite message to them. Clearly, the sales team is driven by poor company policies regarding customer service and in my case, they have lost business with their persistence. Not only mine but I absolutely will not recommend them to anyone I know and have been actively telling people to avoid them because they simply will not listen and have seemingly started calling me more since I decided to not go with them. It’s my opinion that only a scam company would behave this way, not a reputable company.
