They didn’t cancel my account / airports too far away
I canceled my account, and missed that the $25 still billed for three years, like a dummy. That’s on me, but it’s an annual subscription. The problem is that I DID cancel it, but it apparently failed on their end. Most of the emails I got for deals were hundreds of miles from me (BC & Portland - I am in Seattle). Wasn’t worth the $25. And because I happened to open some of the emails, they saw that as me using the service. Never mind that I had not logged onto the site or searched the site in those years.
