Ages to be contacted and to solve problems even with a paying membership
They claim to ve pro active as soon as you have a prolbme but they takes DAYS to answer to your request, and once they do they are vague and imprecise. For example: I am migrating all my songs from distrokids. Once there is a problem with the matching of the songs, instead of contacting you, and letting you know which is the problem they will just say....." song XX has a problem. If you have previously delivered any of these sound recordings to stores (whether through TuneCore or another distributor), we ask that you please ensure that all release details (e.g., track title, artist name, etc.) match the release details that were previously delivered exactly to ensure that your release is not flagged by stores for accuracy issues." They have that information!!!! Instead of telling you which is the specific problem they stay vague and take days to answer !!!! I cannot imagine what happens with those clients who dont pay for a membership.... good luck!!!
