…Well… I just received my beautiful wig & I couldn’t be happier…🤗 I didn’t know this company was located in China, until AFTER I placed my order, so I was apprehensive… I reached out to them about my concerns, & they reassured me. Sometimes they reply overnight, sometimes days later, but they apologized, & didn’t charge me extra, for my custom order…( I require a size 23” ) I ordered on the 18’th of December, & received my order on the 29’th… FREE Shipping…! The hair is BEAUTIFUL, much more than I expected. ( Wigs are a new experience for me ) I only ever had “Clip-in Extensions”, & Halos… The Wig looks longer, than the 18” I ordered, which is a plus… PERFECT Pink 🩷, color, and very soft & silky…!!! With absolutely No shedding. Of course, I have to “customize” it, (✂️ long layers), & style, as you can rarely take a human hair wig, out of packaging, & just wear it, but, as I’m a Professional Hairdresser, that’s no problem. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews, except there’s a company in Australia with the similar name. Apparently people are getting confused with this Online Wig Company, & a Salon / Beauty Supply Shop. Please don’t be afraid to order from this company. I’ve been a pro for MANY decades, & I’m very skeptical… They also offered a 50% sale, which I took advantage of, & quite frankly, you have nothing to lose, & so much to gain…👌🏻 Will DEFINITELY be purchasing again from The Lux Hair Shop…!!!…😊
