Incorrectly ordered a wrong size at first. This issue was resolved immediately via contacting support. Products arrived 18 days early. Product quality is 9/10 with the exception of the necklace (cheap dog-tag like chain). Few loose threads here and there but the scissors sorted that. Overall, brilliant experience. Will be purchasing again.
