Like other recent reviews... the cPanel began to be continually hacked with its password being changed each time and the website taken over. Support was there but couldn't do anything apart from reset the cpanel password each time. The last time they finally escalated the issue to higher tech - which sat on it. 3 days later of the website being down I finally moved to Digital Ocean. The nail in the coffin for Vodien was just, when support told me it wasn't possible for me to edit the sites dns records ( despite that I had access to do that for months prior... all of a sudden i had to request the changes from them ) ...needless to say the only request I asked for was for them to change the name servers... Not 100% confident they have done that correctly. 🫤
