Lot booked through site was permanently closed
The parking lot sold to me through your site was closed. I found that out as I headed there on the 6th. When I called in, at first the agent didn't believe me, after she called the lot, she finally believed me and booked another lot. My issue is, this lot cost me $20 more than the one I had originally booked.
