I recently got the Xtool F2
I recently got the Xtool F2, primarily for personal use and with the idea of potentially starting a small business with it.
The machine is ready to use straight out of the box—very user-friendly. I’ve already completed a few small projects. I would highly recommend this F2 to anyone considering purchasing a laser! In fact, I’m already looking into my next machine—naturally, another XTool. The only minor drawback I’ve experienced with the F2 is its relatively small working area. I was aware of this at the time of purchase, but after working on a few projects, I’ve realized that a larger workspace would allow for even more interesting and impressive projects.

Acmer p2 laser engraver
I bought the Acmer P2 laser almost a month ago. I unpacked it and tried it out the same day I received it.
The laser's precision wasn't accurate. I thought it was due to the calibration of the A500 Lightburn camera. I reinstalled and calibrated it.
The margin of error remained. I contacted customer service frequently, but they constantly referred me to YouTube videos about the installation.
I repeated the installation and calibration several times (including on a different computer), but nothing helped to get the laser accurate.
I contacted customer service numerous times and indicated at least three or four times that I wanted to return the laser (because I'm not satisfied), but Acmer seems to be blocking this for some unknown reason.
I didn't receive a return address or return label.
I would advise against buying from them.
