Horrible customer service/ no product received
Horrible customer service. Clothes are from China but they offer 2-4 day shipping for $18. I chose that thinking it had to be from the USA if it ships in two days, but I was wrong. I ordered on 12/4/22 and still have not received the merchandise. Only bot responses. No way to direct contact or speak to a person. You can send them anything and get the same bot response. They just ignore you. Charging someone $18 for 2 day shipping from China is FRAUD! I will dispute it with my bank. All of it if it doesn’t arrive this week. Stay far away from this company.
