I submitted a job for reprint with no updates and to use the same artwork. The stayed stagnant saying it was waiting for my artwork, in which I was never advised of needing it. I lost almost a week if I hand't checked the status. It's things like this that make excuses impossible when there is no one person to be held accountable.
