Scam! The WORST! Avoid.
Scam! The WORST! Customer service is horrific. Took advantage of our elderly parents. Convinced them to sign a five year contract that renews automatically for another five years years. A publicly traded company could not get away with this fraudulent scam. Impossible to cancel. This is ABSOLUTELY the worst company operating in the US
