Unprofessional fraudulent website
Customer service is very unprofessional and unhelpful. They will never solve your problem rather make you dissatisfied with their lame excuses and explanations. I have received a faulty nitecore powerbank, they are not helping me with the refund. Seems like they will send you the product whatever you purchased but if problem occurs they wont be there to solve it.
