I ordered a shirt as a Christmas gift…
I ordered a shirt as a Christmas gift on 9th December. 20 days later and my Royal Mail tracking information has not changed and they are yet to receive the parcel. I don’t write reviews often, however as they can’t even be bothered to reply to emails, the only option I have is to warn future customers to not use this company.
