Got updates after review
Edit:after the review they reached out with all the information needed and replied to the support email with the tracking number,order didn’t arrive in time but they reached out and got a refound for the order. Original: Order placed on 29 of November hoping to receive the products for Christmas as some of them are gifts. I have written 2 times to the support email to request updates on the order, received the same automated message which requested more info on the order even tho I’ve already added them.
