Awful and unfair service
Awful communication. We had ordered at a party the same presents on this site and we had to beg to get our refund back. After 1,5 months we finnaly received our refund. They first offered us some money in place of sending the backpack back. Very dissapointed, never order something on this site! You find the same products on other sites much cheaper also and with some decent service.
