I've registered to this platform to keep track on my investment and requested a transfer of 0.1355 Bitcoin which is worth R40000 into my private key or bank account since 24th December 2022. I don't even know how to contact the support because I don't know what's the delay because there's no possible way to contact their support. Why in the first place do you have , buy, sell and transfer options if they do not work? Are we being misleaded? Please get back to me...
