The experience was not great at first because of miscommunication issues. The team failed to communicate clearly regarding the technical issue that was holding my order up and also failed to give clear explanations as to how I could solve the issue. This resulted in an unnecessary delay between order and shipping. Once the misunderstanding was painstakingly cleared, everything went fast. The order was completed and shipped very quickly after solving the tech issue (but that only happened after more than a month of delay).
