Great customer service, and good products.
Spoke to customer service rep Mary, and they were super helpful when one of my orders was canceled due to stock issues. They were very kind and issued a gift card in the amount of my order, and a personalized free shipping code. I also ordered the Zena moon ring and i love the way it looks. I took away 1 star because it is very snug, and a little too small for my liking, but overall it looks great and i’m very happy with my purchase. Shipping was faster than i thought and packaging was nice. Would definitely buy again, and i recommend buying their products.
