I made my order on the 7th December
I made my order on the 7th December. I received a email to confirm that my order was in process I then received another email on the 11th to say my order had been complete and was supplied with a Royal Mail tracking number. However, when tracking the order it’s status from Royal Mail was that they hadn’t received the item, this has nothing to do with the Royal Mail strikes as I am a postman and can confirm that Tracked items are a priority for Royal Mail and once in their system the item will be delivered within a couple of days at most (perhaps a 3 days during strike action). I had no further contact from FootyClassics.com and began to think I had been scammed especially when the website page appeared to be (and still is) deactivated with a statement of no more orders being taken. The football shirt was intended for a December birthday. To my surprise the shirt did arrive through my door on the 30th and I have to say I was very impressed with it. It was the Arsenal 88/89 away shirt. My advise would be to give it plenty of time (around a month) for delivery and don’t panic that you’ve been scammed as the wait will be worth it.
