Slow Shipping, Wrong Product Sent, No Suitable Replacement, Deceptive Compensation
I understand that shipping delays can occur—10 days in this case—and mistakes like receiving the wrong item can happen, I find it unacceptable to be asked to pay a higher price for a replacement. Moreover, I was offered a discount code, "alsvip24," purportedly as on time special compensation for the issues with my order. Upon investigation, I discovered that this code is a publicly available promotion that has been active for several months. This misleading practice is deceptive. I seldom leave negative feedback, but given this disappointing experience, I am compelled to leave this review.
