Shipping, Returns, and Bad Santa
Unfortunately I am echoing much of the same sentiment of others on this website. Shipping is incredibly expensive, and shipping times are ludicrous. In addition, the website indicating that something is in stock apparently doesn't mean that it will ship any time soon. I ordered two pieces from the company, one arrived two weeks later, and the other nearly a month later (after Christmas, for which it was purchased). I attempted to cancel the second piece and was told I could not. I requested to return it, and was told I also could not. I was told that the terms and condition specify that I as the consumer have no option to cancel or return an item. Terrible business policies, but cool art none the less.
