My order finally arrived after almost one month! The tracking number given to me was incorrect therefore I was unable to track my order. I will say though I did received fast response to all my inquiries. In addition to good customer service I was very satisfied with my Sweater, it is beautiful and just like the photo. The fit is right to size as well. Will be ordering from them again.
