Huge let down in customer service
I used this hosting service a lot back in the days. Few days back i bought a server me and few of my friends wanted to play modded minecraft. I even bought advanced support addon. Whats my issue? currently 2 days without the modpack added onto the server. Support did not aswer me more than 24hrs.
