Unhelpful customer service
Unhelpful customer service. Paid 25$ for expedited shipping. Then afzer my item was shipped I was asked to pay an additional 25€ to the shipping company on top of my 5€ customs charges just to get my product. When I complained to the company and said i woild pay customs but not more money to the shopping company they just said they dont have anything to do with the extra charges from the shipping company. Offers no help. They are criminal.
