Possible Scam Alert! - Order Stuck & No Customer Service Response
This company has demonstrated shady/unprofessional business practices. I placed my order on January 23rd (10 AM January 24th China time). Later that same day, they posted a banner announcing that orders placed AFTER January 24th would be delayed until February 5th (!!!) due to Chinese New Year. Despite my order being placed BEFORE this cutoff, they're still holding it without shipping. I immediately contacted them requesting to process my shipment since my order was placed before their deadline - but they've completely ghosted me for 5 days despite promising 24-48 hour customer service responses: Multiple emails to all their addresses Social media messages Zero response from any channel My order is still "Awaiting Shipment" with no explanation. Their silence, especially after guaranteeing 48-hour responses, shows they're either grossly unprofessional with non-existent customer support (crucial for both shipping and potential product issues), or worse - they're running a scam operation. Save yourself the headache and avoid this seller - spending €100 more elsewhere is worth the peace of mind. I'm now filing a PayPal dispute. I ignored previous negative reviews, and I regret it. Don't make the same mistake I did. I will never purchase from them again. Update 12 02 2025: no shipment no tracking, I opened a paypal dispute and the seller waited till the last day of the PayPal deadline, they initailly asked if I wanted a refund despite me clearly stating that multiple times in my dispute. I confirmed again I wanted a quick traceable refund, they ignored my answer for 4 days, and then asked again if I wanted a refund stating that in order to get it I had to FIRST close the dispute. This is a kmown scamming technique as once you close a dispute you cannot open it again, and PayPal itself advises not to do so. They only answered via Paypal and only after I opened a dispute, they NEVER answered any of my emails. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
