Michael Bush of Resort Closings did an excellent job in the transfer of ownership of our timeshare. He kept us informed all along the way of the process. The first buyer fell through, but another buyer was found soon. It seemed to take a long time for completion (March-December), but he worked extra hard to get it completed by the end of the year so that we were not responsible for any of the next year's assessment.
