TEN Stars for Wayne Richards!!!
Wayne Richards from Crystal Car Shipping was the only one of the over 25 people who contacted me after I sent in a RFQ for shipping a car from Indiana to LA that took the time to explain the process and the challenges. When it came time to ship the car, Wayne went above and beyond to complete the process. This proved to be difficult with the recent Winter storms. However, Wayne had answers to all the problems before I knew I had them. I could not imagine a more competent, compassionate and passionate professional as Wayne.
