First time in 3 years using Air Asia…
First time in 3 years using Air Asia again. In the past I changed to other flight carriers for fear of flight delays especially if it was for work. This time, on a short break, I thought I’d give it a try again. I’m on the runway, the air conditioning is not working and they have to return to have the plane checked. The flight is already 50 min delayed. The captain apologised for the discomfort, hence 2 stars instead of 1. It may just be bad luck but their flights seem to be perpetually late! Don’t think I’ll be using this airline again anytime soon. Hugely disappointed.
