Utter crap I am on my third blackview and I would give them one star at the most. My first BV9800 was good. The second was a smaller phone that crapped out in 6 months that was hard to use. I then got a BV9800pro that was crap from day one. The touchscreen stops working all the time. I have read so many bad reviews about this phone now that I have never bagged anything out before but this crap phone. It does my head in stopping and having to open and close the phone. I am going to smash it into the floor as soon as I get a new phone. Do not buy this crap phone..
