Found only 50% of files on a drive that had not been overwritten, recovered files into 1 folder so I had thousands of home videos, movies and tv series in one folder, even though they state it rebuilds directory structure, takes hours, 8 to find and the same to recover, refused any help from customer support, just fought PayPal not to refund after only a few days. Rubbish product and company. Use DISK DRILL it does everything recoverit claims to do and twice as fast
