You can't take it back to the distributor you purchased it from. There is no real warranty process. License my a**! They didn't know the difference between the 1 and the 1fc. JOKE!! I bought my LAST Geekvape today because I still have pods. I will never purchase a Geekvape product again!! I bought the first one mid-November. I've purchased two others since then. They will not honor the warranty, and do not require the distributor to honor the implied warranty. Very disappointed with Geekvape.
