Didn't get Refund Nor Replacement
First of all, I've been using Offgamers for more than 20 years. I'm a Platinum, I often use it to buy codes etc. I recommend it to my friends as the best platform out to get codes. Yet I never been humiliated this much!
I bought a 8 Steam codes (two months ago, order number: 46444826), one of these codes didn't work. I kept sending them emails back and forth but they didn't believe me! Not to mention the error messages shows it was redeemed by someone's else!
It was awful, never had a bad customer service at this level!
I will not deal with them again.

I bought 8 codes on 30th of June 2026.
I mentioned and uploaded the code that didn't work.
Up to this day, they have been investigation and giving me different code which I might have redeemed long time ago as if their eyes are BLIND or something.
They're robbing me, I've been a client for more than 20 years (I'm a platinum member), this is the first time I've been humiliated like this. I sent many emails and requests to get a refund but no luck and they keep telling non-sense and delaying me!
This is the worst experience EVER.

I've been a customer for more than 20 years! It happened to me for a second time to buy 8 codes for Steam and one didn't work! I opened a ticket and then they closed it to tell me that check your balance and then speak with us again!! Come on?! I'm not playing around here and this is not the first time a code not working. Either I should get my money's back OR a new code which "works".
