False promises
Sounds good, but unfortunately they completely fail to deliver. Everything they say is a lie. The leads are not verified, and they are probably from years ago. They gave me 3 clients; first one said he was not interested in buying real estate. Second one was an invalid phone number. Third one died 3 years prior. Save yourself the trouble and skip this company.
