I ordered the Tortoise Hydrojug 40oz from Yooy over three weeks ago and have still not received it. There has been no updated shipping information provided, and the tracking has not changed since the order was placed. I have emailed the company multiple times and included screenshots of my order confirmation, payment receipt, and order number each time. Unfortunately, I have received absolutely no response. The lack of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing. At this point, I feel ignored as a customer and frustrated that there has been no effort to resolve the issue. I would not recommend ordering from this company unless they improve their communication and follow-through.
