remote does not work
I ordered a remote in November of 2022. When it arrived, it did not work. After several tickets and emails to them, they have not responded. It's been well over a month without any communication from them. I strongly recommend avoiding this company! Update: They finally replied at the end of January, and tried getting me to reprogram the remote (unsuccessful). They sent me a refund, which was less than what I paid. Their customer service is very slow!
