Uncooperative return staus and inferior product
I ordered a shirt which I believed was from a company operating shirt sales here in the United States and mailing from the United States. I received the shirt, but it didn’t fit and it was not in cotton. As I rechecked the site. I didn’t see anything stating the exact type of material, so I contacted Wendll customer service for a return. It took three or four days to return my request for a return. I also noticed there company information listed Asian graphemes as opposed to the letters of the English alphabet; in other words, their advertising was misleading on several points . I I re-contacted them a 2nd time for resolution and Their response was that I should re-contact them in another week or so, because returns were so time-consuming. This is disappointed because the product I purchased was not as pictured and was of an inferior design/material. After reading several complaints from other customers, I found your review site & decided to state my dissatisfaction with the WendellyCompany.
